Their son Eric, who founded Booker in Paso Robles, named this wine for them and built it around a simple question: what would hardworking people who like a good bottle actually want to drink? The answer is a generous Paso red, anchored by Cabernet and filled out with Bordeaux and Rhone partners, sourced from sustainably farmed vineyards run by friends and held to his own estate's standards.
