It was drawn from four bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks filled in early 2021. The 100 year old Imperial barley brings something truly unique a character you wont find in the highly refined modern barley strains grown today. Imperial adds distinct citrus notes and dusty grain aromas and flavours, along with a richer, oilier mouthfeel to the whisky.
