Two tone, back buttoned suspender dress with three gore gathered skirt. Three gore, gathered net petticoat included in waistline seam. Set in sleeves have elastic in casings, forming ruffles. Sleeves, two piece collar and petticoat trimmed with rick rack. Straps hold bias suspenders in place on shoulders. Bias sash in front waistline seam, inserted
